缓倾岩层超大断面隧道初支快速施工技术研究

摘要 新建成(都)贵(阳)铁路高坡隧道穿越缓倾泥砂互层岩体,修建过程中出现了严重的变形,同时出现衬砌开裂、仰拱上鼓、拱顶掉块等问题,给工程施工带来了极大的风险和挑战。针对以上工程背景,在介绍隧道衬砌破坏情况及分析原因的基础上,决定加强支护手段。通过现场实践总结出一套快速、安全、高效时安装初支的施工技术,工程实践表明,采取的技术对策安全可靠,效果明显,在类似工程中可供参考借鉴。 During the construction of the newly built Chengdu-Guiyang railway high slope tunnel passing through the gently inclined sand interbedded rock mass,serious deformation occurs during the construction process.At the same time,the lining cracks,the inverted arch bulges,and the arch crown falls off,which brings great risks and challenges to the engineering construction.In view of the above engineering background,based on the introduction of the tunnel lining failure and analysis of the causes,decided to strengthen the support means.Based on the field practice,a set of construction technology of fast,safe and efficient installation of initial support is summarized.The engineering practice shows that the technical countermeasures adopted are safe and reliable,and the effect is obvious,which can be used for reference in similar projects.
