高速公路不同类型的裂缝成因及防治技术要点

摘要 国内的沥青混凝土路面典型层次结构由垫层、半刚性基层及面层组成,垫层作为路面结构与路基结构的分界层,主要发挥应力传递和扩散的功能,半刚性基层一般使用水泥稳定碎石基层,反射开裂是水稳碎石基层最常见的病害之一,水稳碎石基层反射开裂极易传导至沥青路面层,进而诱发不同程度的沥青路面开裂病害,最终影响沥青路面的整体性和密封性。基于上述病害实际,特从沥青混凝土路面的结构原理、设计施工及后期管养等方面,全面、深入地分析沥青混凝土路面的开裂原因,并针对裂缝病害成因提出可行的处治方案。 The typical layer structure of asphalt concrete pavement in China is composed of cushion,semi-rigid base and surface layer.As the boundary layer of pavement structure,the cushion layer mainly exerts the function of stress transfer and diffusion.The semi-rigid base course generally uses cement stabilized macadam base course reflective cracking is one of the most common diseases in the base of water-stabilized macadam.Reflective cracking of water-stabilized macadam is easily transmitted to the asphalt pavement surface,which induces different degrees of cracking disease of asphalt pavement,and finally affects the integrity and sealing of asphalt pavement.Based on the above-mentioned diseases,comprehensively and deeply analyzes the cracking causes of asphalt concrete pavement from the aspects of structural principle,design and construction,and later management and maintenance,and puts forward feasible treatment schemes for the causes of crack diseases.
