摘要
目前,超低能耗的被动式住宅,以其高效的外门窗系统、保温系统、良好的气密性、无热桥的设计理念及节点构造、带高效热回收装置的通风系统赢得市场的认可。在被动式住宅建设实践中有许多需要解决的问题,其中被动式住宅中被动区与非被动区的划分就是一个很突出的问题。通过对具体的被动式住宅建筑的分析,引入“被动缓冲区”概念,有效地解决了住宅中非被动区与被动区的矛盾冲突,既保证了被动区严格的指标要求,又不致把非被动区纳入被动区形成气密性问题或造成加大造价的结果。引导人们去不断探讨如何将被动式住宅做得更好、更舒适。
At present,the passive residence with ultra-low energy consumption has won the market recognition for its efficient exterior door and window system,thermal insulation system,good air tightness,design concept and node structure of non thermal bridge,and ventilation system with efficient heat recovery device.In the practice of passive housing construction,there are many problems to be solved,among which the division of passive area and non passive area is a very prominent problem.Through the analysis of specific passive residential buildings,the concept of“passive buffer zone”is introduced to effectively solve the conflict between non passive zone and passive zone in residential building,which not only ensures the strict index requirements of passive zone,but also prevents non passive zone from being included into passive zone,which will result in air tightness problem or increasing cost.In this way,people who pay attention to the passive room will continue to explore how to make the passive room better and more comfortable.
