摘要
美国放射学院适用性标准(ACR-AC)是基于循证医学研究方法建立的指导性文件,在临床实践中帮助临床及影像科医师在特定条件下选择最适当检查或治疗方法,其构建过程包括选题、文献搜索、证据表、适用性(风险获益)评估、专家组审议、发布、临床决策支持及定期更新审阅。临床及影像科医师可应用适用性标准对各类影像学检查、介入及放射治疗方法进行全面客观地评估,以指导临床诊疗决策。本文对ACR-AC进行解读。
The American College of Radiology Appropriateness Criteria(ACR-AC)was evidence-based guidelines to assist referring physicians and radiologists to make the most appropriate imaging or treatment decision for a specific clinical condition.The development process of ACR-AC included topic selection,literature search,evidence table development,appropriateness(risk-benefit)assessment,review by expert group,document publication,clinical decision support and periodic update review.Under different clinical situations,physicians and radiologists can apply ACR-AC to assess all kinds of imaging diagnostic examinations,interventional and radiotherapy methods comprehensively and objectively to make clinical decision.The aim and significances of ACR-AC were deeply interpreted in this article.
