周至自然保护区社区群众资源保护意愿研究

The Willingness of Community People to Protect Resources in Zhouzhi Nature Reserve

以周至自然保护区周边3镇15个村359户群众为对象,通过实地走访和问卷调查法,分析研究了周边群众参与资源保护的态度和利益关系,进而反映周边群众对保护区的认知态度和资源保护意愿。结果表明群众对保护区持有正面认知和态度(84.4%)的人数要远高于负面认知(0.8%)的人数,且87.5%的受访者愿意参与保护区的资源保护工作;此外,群众自身利益受损是群众对保护区产生负面认知的根本原因,主要体现在三个方面:野生动物损害庄稼、薪柴采集受限、木材采伐受限;经济受益和环境改善是群众对保护区正面认知态度的主要原因,体现在获得生态补偿、居住环境改善和增强环保意识。

In this study,359 households from 15 villages in 3 towns around Zhouzhi Nature Protection were taken as the research object.Through field visits and questionnaire survey,the environmental attitudes and interests of the surrounding people to participate in the resources protection of the nature reserve were analyzed.The results showed that the number of people in the community who hold positive perceptions and attitudes to the protected area(84.4%)is much higher than the number of people who have negative awareness(0.8%),and 87.5%of the respondents are willing to participate in the protection of resources in the protected area.In addition,loss of the community's own interests is the root cause to the negative perceptions of the people in the protected area,which is mainly reflected in three aspects:wild animals damaging crops,limitation in fuelwood collection and limited wood harvesting.Economic benefits and environmental improvements are the main reason for the people's positive attitude towards the protected area,reflected in obtaining ecological compensation,improvement in the living environment and awareness enhancement.
