摘要
目的开展基于雨课堂的案例教学模式在老年病科护生带教中的应用研究,提升教学水平,提高人才培养质量。方法选择2019年7月—2020年7月在本院老年病科实习的200名护生作为研究对象,随机数表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各100人。对照组采用传统带教模式,观察组采用基于雨课堂的案例教学模式。比较两组护生出科理论考核成绩、出科操作及专科技能考核成绩、学习动机测评、临床能力自我评价表、评判性思维能力测量、护理人文关怀能力。结果出科前观察组护生理论考核成绩、操作及专科技能考核成绩、学习动机测评、临床能力自我评价表、评判性思维能力测量、护理人文关怀能力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于雨课堂的案例教学模式可提升教学水平,提高护生培养质量。
Objective To improve the teaching level and the quality of talent training through carrying out a study on application of rain classroom based case teaching model in the teaching of nursing students in geriatrics.Methods From July 2019 to July 2020,200 nursing students those practiced in the department of geriatrics were enrolled in the study,and they were randomly divided into the observation group(n=100)and control group(n=100).During the teaching process,the control group adopted the traditional teaching method,while the observation group adopted the case teaching model based on the Rain Classroom.The out-of-department theoretical assessment results,operation and expertise assessment scores,learning motivation assessment,clinical ability self-evaluation form,critical thinking ability measurement,and nursing humanistic care ability of the two groups of nursing students were compared.Results Before leaving department,theoretical assessment scores,operation and expertise assessment scores,learning motivation assessment,clinical ability self-evaluation form,critical thinking ability measurement,and nursing humanistic care ability of observation group were all higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Case teaching model based on the Rain Classroom could improve the teaching level and the training quality of nursing students.
