N-氨甲酰谷氨酸对奶牛抗氧化性能及激素的影响 被引量:3

Effects of N-carbamylglutamate on Antioxidant Properties and Lactating-related Hormones in Dairy Cows

摘要 为了寻求更合理的饲料基础营养配比,提高动物生产性能以及抗病抗应激能力,本试验通过向奶牛全混合日粮(TMR)中添加15 g/d、20 g/d、25 g/d浓度的N-氨甲酰谷氨酸(NCG),评估添加剂对奶牛抗氧化指标以及激素分泌的影响。结果显示,添加NCG的试验组中,奶牛抗氧化能力均高于对照组,日粮添加20 g/d NCG时,奶牛血清抗氧化能力显著高于其他试验组(P<0.05);相比对照组及其他组,添加20 g/d NCG能够最显著提高奶牛血清生长激素(GH)及胰岛素(INS)的浓度(P<0.05)。表明奶牛日粮中添加NCG能提高奶牛抗氧化性能及泌乳相关激素浓度,适宜剂量为20 g/d。 In order to get a more reasonable basic nutrition ratio of feed and improve animal production performance and animal resistance to disease and stress,we added 15 g/d,20 g/d,25 g/d concentrations of N-carbamylglutamate(NCG)to the total mixed ration(TMR)diet of cows and evaluated the effects of the additives on antioxidant index,estrus rate,conception rate and hormone secretion of cows.The results showed that the antioxidant capacity of cows in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.When 20 g/d NCG was added into the diet,the antioxidant capacity was significantly higher than that of other experimental groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group and other groups,adding 20 g/d NCG significantly increased serum growth hormone(GH)and insulin(INS)concentration in cows(P<0.05).NCG added to cow diet can improve the antioxidant performance and the concentration of lactation related hormones in cows.The appropriate dose should be 20 g/d.
