川西高原2012—2018年间家畜包虫病流行病学调查

Epidemiological Survey of Hydatid Disease of Livestock in the Western Sichuan Plateau from 2012 to 2018

为了解2012—2018年间四川省动物包虫病流行状况,评估近年来所采取防控措施的效果。犬粪采用包虫抗原ELISA法检测,牛(包括牦牛)和羊采取屠宰后观察、剖检脏器上的包囊进行判定,分别统计犬和牛、羊包虫感染率。结果显示:犬平均阳性率由2012年的23.34%下降到2018年的8.12%;牛平均感染率由2012年的17.32%下降到2018年的5.36%;羊平均感染率由2012年的8.17%下降到2018年的3.68%。表明四川省包虫病疫区通过实施牛、羊包虫疫苗免疫,犬只精准驱虫和脏器无害化处理的综合防控模式,疫区家畜包虫病阳性率显著降低。

To understand the epidemic situation of cystic echinococcosis in animals in Sichuan province,and to evaluate the effects of prevention and control measures in recent years.Infection rates were evaluated using dog feces screened by ELISA method and visible cysts on organs of cattle(yak)and sheep after slaughter.The average positive rates of dogs decreased from 23.34% in 2012 to 8.12% in 2018,the average infection rates of cattle decreased from 17.32% in 2012 to 5.36% in 2018,the average infection rates of sheep decreased from 8.17% in 2012 to 3.68% by 2018.In summary,comprehensive measures of prevention and control on livestock echinococcosis including immunization of cattle,yak and sheep,anthelmintic treatment of dogs and hygienic treatment and disposal of offal,significantly reduced the positive rates of livestock echinococcosis in epidemic areas.
