河北省部分羊场布鲁氏菌病血清流行病学调查 被引量:5

摘要 为了了解河北省羊布鲁氏菌病(简称“布病”)流行情况,2018年本项目组对河北省10个养羊场进行现场调查,收集了316份羊血清进行血清学检测。通过调查显示,10个养殖场均未接种过布病疫苗,其布病个体阳性率17.4%。其中,不同性别羊的感染率不同,135份公羊血清中有18份阳性,阳性率13.3%;181份母羊血清中有37份阳性,阳性率20.4%。不同阶段羊的感染率也不同,86份羔羊血清中有9份阳性,阳性率10.5%;111份育成羊血清中有16份阳性,阳性率14.4%;119份种羊血清中有30份阳性,阳性率25.2%。调查结果表明,河北省羊群中母羊的布病感染率略高于公羊,种羊感染率高于羔羊、育成羊。 In order to fully understand the immunization and epidemic situation of brucellosis in Hebei province,we conducted field investigation on 10 goat farms in 2018 and collected 316 serum samples for serological examination.A questionnaire survey showed that one of the ten farms surveyed was vaccinated against brucellosis.The positive rate of 10 unvaccinated goats farm was 17.4%.The infection rates of goats in different genders were also different.Eighteen sera of the 135 rams were positive and the positive rate was 13.3%.Thirty-seven sera of the 181 ewes were positive with a positive rate of 20.4%.The infection rates of goats were also different at different stages,9 of 86 lamb sera were positive,the positive rate was 10.5%,and 16 positive in 111 bred goats sera were positive,the positive rate was 14.4%;30 of 119 goats sera were positive,and the positive rate was 25.2%.The results showed that the infection and epidemic of the disease were still in the goats of Hebei province,and the infection rate of the ewes was slightly higher than that of the rams,and the infection rate of the goats was higher than that of the lamb and breeding goats.
