血清镁降低与冠心病合并糖尿病患病的关系

The Relationship Between Serum Magnesium Decreased and Coronary Artery Disease Complicated with Diabetes

目的:探讨血清镁水平与冠状动脉心脏病(CAD)合并糖尿病患病的相关性。方法:连续选入我院2015年1月至2017年6月疑似CAD、符合纳入标准的住院患者467例,根据冠状动脉CT血管造影结果和是否患糖尿病分为CAD糖尿病组(n=129)、CAD非糖尿病组(n=201)、非CAD糖尿病组(n=33)、非CAD非糖尿病组(n=104)。收集临床资料,计算总冠脉钙化(CAC)评分。拟合多因素logistic回归模型分析CAD合并糖尿病的危险因素。结果:血脂异常、脉压≥60mmHg、CAC评分>400、EF<50%和镁≤0.77mmoL/L为CAD合并糖尿病患病的危险因素,其中血清镁≤0.77mmoL/L的致病风险最高,低血清镁致CAD合并糖尿病的患病风险为对照组的2.806倍(均P<0.05)。结论:血清镁降低是CAD合并糖尿病患病的独立危险因素,可作为临床诊断的参考生物标志物。

Objective:To explore the correlation between serum magnesium levels and coronary artery disease(CAD)complicated with diabetes.Methods:A total of 467 eligible inpatients with suspected CAD from January 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital were consecutively enrolled in the study.All of them were divided into CAD diabetes(n=129),CAD non-diabetes(n=201),non-CAD diabetes(n=33),and non-CAD non-diabetic group(n=104).Clinical data was collected and total coronary artery calcification(CAC)score was calculated.Multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the risk factors of CAD complicated with diabetes.Results:Dyslipidemia,pulse pressure≥60mmHg,CAC score>400,EF<50%and serum magnesium≤0.77mmol/L are all risk factors for CAD with diabetes,serum magnesium≤0.77mmol/L being the highest risk.The risk of serum magnesium decreased in CAD with diabetes group was 2.806 times higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum magnesium decreased is an independent risk factor of CAD complicated with diabetes,which can be used as a biomarker of reference for clinical diagnosis.
