摘要
本文基于厌氧氨氧化生物滤池污水处理系统,探讨了3种不同情况下缺氧氨氧化菌的培养过程.实验结果表明:亚硝态氮浓度与缺氧氨氧化菌生物量的富集有一定的相关性.当亚硝态氮增加到一定浓度时,对缺氧氨氧化菌生物量的富集和缺氧氨氧化菌的活性有一定的抑制作用.低温条件下抑制缺氧氨氧化菌的活性,当温度从15℃上升至35℃时,缺氧氨氧化反应速率呈现先增加而后略有下降的趋势,温度为30℃左右时,缺氧氨氧化反应速率最快.污水处理系统曝气期间,溶解氧在由0.5 mg/mL上升到2.0 mg/mL时,没有缺氧氨氧化反应发生,说明溶解氧对缺氧氨氧化菌活性是完全抑制的;但当溶解氧小于0.5 mg/mL以下时,缺氧氨氧化菌活性完全恢复,处理系统随着pH值的提高,厌氧氨氧化菌的活性逐渐呈现先增加后下降的趋势,pH值在由5.0上升到9.0的过程中达到8.0左右缺氧氨氧化反应速率最快.
Based on the anammox biofilter wastewater treatment system,this paper discusses the cultivation process of anammox bacteria under three different conditions.The experimental results show that:there is a certain correlation between the concentration of nitrite nitrogen and the biomass enrichment of anammox bacteria.When the concentration of nitrite nitrogen increases to a certain concentration,the enrichment of the biomass of anammox bacteria and the activity of anammox bacteria are When the temperature rises from 15℃ to 35℃,the reaction rate of anammox first increases and then decreases slightly.When the temperature is about 30℃,the reaction rate of anammox is the fastest.During the aeration period of sewage treatment system,when the dissolved oxygen increased from 0.5 mg/ml to 2.0 mg/ml,no anoxic ammonia oxidation reaction occurred.It showed that the activity of anammox bacteria was completely inhibited by dissolved oxygen;however,when the dissolved oxygen was less than 0.5 mg/ml,the activity of anammox bacteria was completely restored;with the increase of pH value in the treatment system,the activity of anammox bacteria gradually increased,When the pH value increased from 5.0 to 9.0,the reaction rate of anoxic ammonia oxidation was the fastest around 8.0.
