摘要
目的:探究想象接触干预次数对改善抑郁症群体内隐偏见的有效性,为改善学生们对抑郁症群体的消极偏见提供参考。方法:94名心理健康的大学生随机分成三组分别接受不同干预(无想象接触/单次想象接触/多次想象接触),之后采用内隐联想测验测量他们对抑郁症群体的内隐偏见。结果:大学生普遍存在着对抑郁症群体的消极内隐偏见(P<0.05);相比无想象接触干预,想象接触可以有效减少大学生对抑郁症群体的消极内隐偏见(P<0.05),但单次与多次想象接触的效果不存在显著差异(P=0.226);经过想象接触后,大学生对抑郁症群体的内隐消极偏见出现减少的趋势,但这种消极偏见仍然明显(t单次干预=7.327,t多次干预=6.368,P<0.001)。结论:想象接触是改善群体偏见的有效措施,但并非干预次数越多越好。建议设置相应的想象接触活动,这有利于减少社会对抑郁症群体的偏见,促进对抑郁症群体的接纳。
Objective: To explore the effect of the number of imaginary contact interventions in improving the implicit bias of the depression group, to provide a reference for improving students’ negative prejudice against depression groups. Methods: 94 mentally healthy college students were randomly divided into three groups to receive different interventions(none/one time/three-times), then they all finished the implicit association test. Results: College students had more negative implicit prejudice to the depression group(P<0.05). Compared with the group without imaginary contact intervention, imaginary contact could effectively reduce the negative implicit prejudice(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the effect of single and of three-times interventions(P=0.226);the implicit prejudice decreased gradually, but they were still obvious(tsingle intervention=7.327, tmultiple interventions=6.368, P<0.001).Conclusions: Imaginary contact is effective to improve group prejudice, and not the more the better. It is suggested to use imaginary contact activities to reduce prejudice toward depression group, and to promote the social acceptance.
