PBL情境下北京市某医学院校临床医学专业学生投入对其基本能力收获影响的实证研究 被引量:17

Effects of Student Engagement in PBL Course on Basic Capacity Harvest Among Undergraduate Clinical Medicine Students of a Medical College in Beijing

摘要 目的:了解临床医学专业学生投入与PBL课程基本能力收获之间的关系,为提高PBL教学质量提供针对性的建议。方法:选择北京市某医学院校2014级临床医学专业174名学生为研究对象,对学生投入和PBL基本能力收获进行问卷调查,使用有序logistic回归分析影响基本能力收获的因素。结果:PBL教学在提高学生资料收集(7.34±2.05)、资料分析(6.21±2.28)、交流表达(6.21±2.18)、解决问题(5.93±2.26)、团队合作(5.52±2.47)、批判性思维(5.51±2.35)、发现问题(5.23±2.36)、创新(4.74±2.44)等8个方面能力上的评分依次递减。学生课前预习、课堂参与、对学习的情感投入以及认知策略运用影响PBL课程基本能力的收获。结论:PBL课程对不同方面基本能力收获的提升程度不同;PBL情境下临床医学专业学生投入对其基本能力收获会产生重要影响,行为投入是影响基本能力收获的最重要因素。建议从引导学生加强课前预习、课堂参与入手,激发学生对学习的热情,培养认知策略运用能力,以提高PBL教学效果,培养全面发展的临床医学人才。 Objective:To explore the relationship between student engagement in PBL course and basic capacity among undergraduate clinical medicine students,so as to provide targeted suggestions for improving the quality of PBL course.Methods:In this study,2014 grade clinical medicine students of a medical college in Beijing were selected as the research objects,and self-administered questionnaires was used to investigate the student engagement and PBL basic capacity harvest,and ordered logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting PBL basic capacity harvest.Results:The scores of PBL teaching in improving students^ability of data collection(7.34±2.05),communication and expression(6.22±2.19),data analysis(6.20±2.32),problem solving(5.89±2.27),teamwork(5.58±2.47),critical thinking(5.51±2.45),problem finding(5.24±2.41),and innovation(4.76±2.47)decreased in turn.The factors that affected basic capacity were preview,class participation,emotional engagement and cognitive strategy.Conclusion:PBL course have a different influence on the improvement of basic capacity in different dimensions.Student engagement in PBL course will have an important impact on the basic capacity.It is suggested to strengthen students'preview,classroom participation,and at the same time,stimulate students'enthusiasm for learning and cultivate their ability to use cognitive strategies,so as to improve the teaching effect of PBL and cultivate clinical medicine talents with all-round development.
