摘要
虫生真菌是全球广泛分布的节肢动物和线虫等种群的生物调控因子,在寄生状态下与寄主免疫系统进行多维度的分子博弈,在非寄生状态下要适应不同环境中的生存压力,处于复杂的生态关系中并承担功能。本文对虫生真菌物种多样性、孢子扩散与抗性、环境适应行为和生态功能等进行简要综述。虫生真菌环境适应研究利于理解其在生态系统中的功能和价值;利于该类特色真菌资源利用。
Entomopathogenic fungi are globally distributed in the parasitic state,they are engaged in molecular competition with the host immune system.Moreover,in the non-parasitic state,it has to adapt to the stress of survival in different environmental niches and assume corresponding functions in the complex ecological relations.In this paper,diffusion and resistance of spores,environmental adaptation behavior and ecological function were briefly reviewed.The study of the adaptation mechanism of entomopathogenic fungi facilitates understanding of its function and value in the ecosystem,and is beneficial to the development and utilization of this kind of unique fungal resources.
