10种植物精油对桔小实蝇成虫的毒杀和产卵驱避作用研究

Toxicity and Oviposition-deterrent Effects of ten Plant Essential Oils on Bactrocera Dorsalis Hendel Adults

为筛选出对桔小实蝇成虫有效毒杀和产卵驱避的植物精油,分别采用药膜法和喷雾法,在室内测定了10种植物精油(柠檬草油、天竺葵油、月桂油、迷迭香油、生姜油、山鸡椒油、百里香油、樟脑油、香茅油、薄荷油)对桔小实蝇的毒杀和产卵驱避活性。结果表明当浓度为7 mg/mL时,毒杀效果较好的是香茅油、柠檬草油、百里香油、山鸡椒油,校正死亡率分别为87.78%、85.56%、81.11%、78.89%。月桂油也有一定的毒杀性,校正死亡率为41.11%;对桔小实蝇具有毒杀性的5种植物精油均表现出不同的产卵驱避活性,且随着浓度的增加其驱避率逐渐上升,其中驱避效果最好的是香茅油,当浓度为7 mg/mL时,产卵驱避率为80.77%。

In order to filter out the plant essential oils hold with oviposition repellent,which was effective against adult Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel,10 kinds of plant essential oils(lemongrass oil,geranium oil,laurel oil,rosemary oil,ginger oil,pheasant pepper oil,thyme oil,camphor oil,citronella oil,mint oil)were tested for their toxic and oviposition repellent activities against B.dorsalis.The results showed that the toxic effects of citronella oil,lemongrass oil,thyme oil and pheasant pepper oil were better when the concentration was 7 mg/mL.The corrected mortality rates were 87.78%,85.56%,81.11%and 78.89%,respectively.Laurel oil also showed toxicity to B.dorsalis,with corrected mortality rate of 41.11%.The five plant essential oils showed different activities on oviposition repellent of B.dorsalis,and the repellent rate gradually increased with the increase of concentration.Among them,the repellent effect of citronella oil was the best,being 80.77%,when the concentration was 7 mg/mL.
