广州市碧道建设水环境治理思路与措施

Ideas and Measures of the Water Environment Managements in the Master Plan of Guangzhou Ecological Belt

近年来,广州市深入贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想,综合施策、系统治理,推动水环境防治攻坚战取得阶段成效,同时大力推进碧道规划建设。水环境改善是碧道建设五大任务中重要一项,该文通过探讨广州市碧道总体规划中水环境治理的思路及措施,对广州市治水经验进行总结,形成一条可参考可推广的“广州治水样板”。

In recent years,Xi Jinping's idea of ecological civilization,comprehensive policy and systematic governance has been thoroughly implemented in Guangzhou.The success of tackling key problems in water environment prevention and managements has been promoted,while the planning and construction of ecological belt has been vigorously promoted.The improvement of water environment is an important task in the five major tasks of ecological belt construction.This paper discusses the ideas and measures of water environment managements in ecological belt master plan of Guangzhou,summarizes the water managements experience of Guangzhou,and forms a"Guangzhou water managements model"that can be referenced and popularized.
