摘要
目的 探讨自制定位引导器在胸腰椎骨折置钉的准确率及实用性及术中操作注意事项。方法 选取2018年1月至2019年6月收治的胸腰椎骨折患者39例。其中,男20例,女19例;年龄24~45岁,平均(35.00±3.79)岁。所有患者均采用经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定手术。根据住院日期奇、偶数随机分组方法分为两组:实验组19例,采用自制定位穿刺架定位;对照组20例,穿刺依靠传统定位器定位。术中记录透视次数,调整穿刺锥次数和手术穿刺时间。结果 调整穿刺锥次数实验组为(2.78±0.28)次,对照组为(33.35±2.51)次。透视次数实验组为(40.21±0.80)次,对照组为(47.60±1.79)次。手术穿刺时间实验组为(25.84±0.84)min,对照组为(40.30±1.68)min。结论 定位引导器对皮肤定位点的定位准确率明显高于对照组,手术时间和透视次数明显少于对照组,自制定位引导器的应用可明显提高手术穿刺效率。
Objective To investigate the accuracy commodity and the announcements of putting pedicle screw with homemade positioning conductor.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,39 patients with fracture of lumbar vertebra were treated.There were 20 males and 19 females,aged from 24 to 45 years old,with an average age of(35.00±3.79)years old.All patients were treated with transcutaneous pedicle screw internal fixation.All patients were randomly divided into two groups which depend on the date of hospitalization in uneven number or even number.The experimental group introduced positioning puncture frame localization,and the control group was located by the traditional locator.To record the frequency of perspective,the frequency of regulating the puncturing cone and the time of puncturing.Results The frequency of regulating the puncturing cone:The experimental group was(2.78±0.28)times,the control group was(33.35±2.51)times.The frequency of perspective:The experimental group was(40.21±0.80)times,the control group was(47.60±1.79)times.The time of puncturing:The experimental group was(25.84±0.84)min,the control group was(40.30±1.68)min.Conclusion The accuracy of homemade positioning conductor is better than the control group,the frequency of perspective and the time of puncturing are significantly shorter than the control group.Application of homemade positioning conductor boost the efficiency of puncturing.
