内镜下黏膜切除术在结直肠息肉低级别上皮内瘤变治疗中临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Endoscopic Mucosal Resection (EMR) in the Treatment of Colorectal Polyps

目的分析内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)在结直肠息肉治疗中临床效果。方法将2018年9月-2020年5月期间该院收治的104例结直肠息肉患者,按照手术方法的不同分为对照组及观察组(各52例),对照组给予传统结直肠息肉切除术治疗,观察组予以内镜下黏膜切除术治疗,评定两组患者的临床效果、术后并发症、时间指标、病灶完全切除率。结果观察组相较于对照组手术时间、住院时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间、肛门直肠恢复时间较短,差异有统计学意义(t=16.295、4.592、28.901、18.452,P<0.05);观察组(96.15%)相较于对照组(80.76%)临床效果较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.029,P=0.014);观察组(1.92%)相较于对照组的术后并发症发生率(17.31%)较低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.081,P=0.008);观察组(98.07%)相较于对照组(76.92%)的病灶完全切除率较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.637,P=0.001)。结论结直肠息肉患者给予内镜下黏膜切除术治疗具有积极的意义,易于提升患者临床效果的同时缩短时间指标,减少术后并发症,提高病灶完全切除率。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)in the treatment of colorectal polyps.Methods The 104 patients with colorectal polyps admitted in the hospital 1 from September 2018 to May 2020 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different surgical methods(52 cases each group).The control group received traditional colorectal polypectomy treatment,the observation group was treated with endoscopic mucosal resection,and the clinical effects,postoperative complications,time indicators,and complete resection rate of the lesions in the two groups were evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter operation time,hospitalization time,gastrointestinal function recovery time,and anorectal recovery time,the difference was statistically significant(t=16.295,4.592,28.901,18.452,P<0.05);the observation group(96.15%)has a higher clinical effect than the control group(80.76%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.029,P=0.014);the observation group(1.92%)was compared with the control group of the incidence of postoperative complications(17.31%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.081,P=0.008);fourthly,observation group(98.07%)had a higher rate of complete resection compared with the control group(76.92%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=10.637,P=0.001).Conclusion Endoscopic mucosal resection for patients with colorectal polyps is of positive significance.It can easily improve the clinical effect of patients and shorten the time index,reduce postoperative complications,and increase the rate of complete resection of the lesion.
