阿昔洛韦联合热毒宁治疗儿童手足口病的疗效分析

Acyclovir Combined with Reduning in the Treatment of Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease in Children

目的分析阿昔洛韦联合热毒宁治疗儿童手足口病的疗效。方法选取2017年1月-2019年12月期间的100例手足口病儿童进行观察讨论,按照家属意愿将患儿分成对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组以阿昔洛韦治疗,观察组联合热毒宁治疗,对比两组的疗效、症状消退时间和不良反应。结果观察组和对照组的治疗有效率数据分别是98%(49例)、82%(41例),观察组更高,组间数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.111,P<0.05);观察组发热消失时间(1.42±0.28)d,退疹时间(2.48±0.42)d,住院时间(4.02±0.22)d均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.992、5.010、17.411,P<0.05);观察组患儿和对照组患儿的不良反应发生率数据比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿昔洛韦联合热毒宁治疗儿童手足口病效果较好,联合用药下患儿症状消退更快,住院时间缩短,未见不良反应增加,用药安全。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of acyclovir combined with Reduning in the treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods A total of 100 children with hand-foot-mouth disease from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected for observation and discussion.The children were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the wishes of their families,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acyclovir.The observation group was combined with Reduning treatment,and the efficacy,time of symptom resolution and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment efficiency data of the observation group and the control group were 98%(49 cases)and 82%(41 cases)respectively,which was higher in the observation group,and the difference in data between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=7.111,P<0.05);The time of fever disappearance(1.42±0.28)d,rash retreat(2.48±0.42)d,and hospitalization time(4.02±0.22)d in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.992,5.010,17.411,P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Acyclovir combined with Reduning is effective in the treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease.The children’s symptoms resolve faster under the combined medication,the hospitalization time is shortened,there is no increase in adverse reactions,and the medication is safe.
