摘要
文章讨论了某种聚硫密封剂的老化反应过程,并进行高温老化实验,采用断裂伸长率对聚硫密封剂的,运用动力学经验公式和Arrhenius公式对实验结果进行线性拟合,外推计算了聚硫密封剂老化反应的活化能以及常温下的老化寿命。结果显示,聚硫密封剂老化反应的活化能为78.783kJ/mol,老化寿命为35.8年。
In this paper,the aging reaction process of a certain polysulfide sealant is discussed,and the high temperature aging experiment is carried out.The elongation at break is used to determine the polysulfide sealant.The dynamic empirical formula and Arrhenius formula are used to fit the experimental results linearly.The activation energy of aging reaction of polysulfide sealant and the aging life at room temperature are calculated by extrapolation.The results show that the activation energy of aging reaction of polysu lfide sealant is 78.783 kJ/mol,and the aging life is 35.8 years.
