摘要
装配式建筑对建筑行业的发展有一定促进作用,而且装配式建筑具有施工更加简单、周期更快、成本较低等优势,应用于当前快速发展的社会有助于提高国民经济发展。但是装配式建筑外墙中存在各种接缝,必须对其进行密封处理,不然会影响建筑的耐久性和外观,所以防水密封胶的性能对装配式建筑外墙接缝的影响至关重要,为了得到一种性能优异的防水密封胶,文章通过实验研究的方式制备了一种防水密封胶,其中使用硅烷改性聚醚作为基础材料,然后分析不同类型材料对密封胶性能的影响,选择最为合适的偶联剂类型、催化剂类型、填料类型等材料构成密封胶的组成材料,最后对制备的防水密封胶进行性能分析,结果表明文章制备的防水密封胶具有低模量、高弹性恢复率和高断裂伸长率等优势。所以文章所制备的防水密封胶能够在装配式建筑外墙接缝中发挥重要防水密封处理。
Prefabricated buildings have a certain role in promoting the development of the construction industry,and prefabricated buildings have the advantages of simpler construction,faster cycle time and lower cost.It is helpful to improve the national economic development in the current rapidly developing society.However,there are various joints in the exterior wall of the prefabricated building,which must be sealed,otherwise it will affect the durability and appearance of the building,so the performance of the waterproof sealant is very important for the joint of the external wall of the prefabricated building.In order to obtain a waterproof sealant with excellent performance,the paper prepared a waterproof sealant through experimental research,which used silane modified polyether as the basic material, and then analyzed the impact of different types of materials on the performance of the sealant.Appropriate coupling agent type,catalyst type,filler type and other materials constitute the constituent materials of the sealant.Finally,the performance analysis of the prepared waterproof sealant showed that the waterproof sealant prepared in this paper has the advantages of low modulus,high elastic recovery rate and high elongation at break. Therefore,the waterproof sealant prepared in this paper can play an important waterproof sealing process in the joints of exterior walls of prefabricated buildings.
