摘要 传统材料在应用羽毛球拍制造中,耐磨性差,使用寿命短。为了解决这一问题,阐述了碳纤维复合材料在羽毛球拍制造中的应用,分析了碳纤维编织复合材料的性能优势,通过与传统材料进行对比,阐述了碳纤维编织复合材料的性能特点。探讨了碳纤维编织复合材料在羽毛球拍制造中的应用,紧接通过实验分析,与使用传统材料制作的羽毛球拍进行性能上的对比分析,结果表明,碳纤维编织复合材料所拥有的独特性能能够完美的适应羽毛球拍的制作需要,并且极大的提升了羽毛球拍的质量。 Traditional materials have poor wear resistance and short service life in the manufacture of badminton rackets.In order to solve this problem,the application of carbon fiber composite materials in the manufacture of badminton rackets is described.The performance advantages of carbon fiber braided composite materials are analyzed.By comparing with traditional materials,the performance characteristics of carbon fiber braided composite materials are described.The application of carbon fiber braided composite materials in the manufacture of badminton rackets was discussed,followed by experimental analysis,and a comparative analysis of performance with badminton rackets made with traditional materials.The results show that the unique properties of carbon fiber braided composite materials can be perfect meets the production needs of badminton rackets,and greatly improves the quality of badminton rackets.
