摘要
分析了干法乙炔装置电石加料系统氧含量和乙炔含量超标的原因,通过更换设备,改进工艺,降低了安全风险,改善了生产环境。
The causes of excess oxygen content and acetylene content in calcium carbide feeding system of dry-process acetylene plant were analyzed.The equipment was replaced and the process was improved,and thus the safety risk was reduced and the production environment was improved.
