摘要
针对次氯酸钠废水的高含盐特性(除氯化钠及磷酸盐外无其他组分)进行自主技术攻关,运用三相结晶分离理论,自主研制了一套次氯酸钠废水处理装置,解决了氯碱行业生产废水零排放的生产瓶颈,副产品氯化钠、磷酸盐达到国家同类产品工业级标准,是一项环境保护、经济效益双贏的新技术。
Sodium hypochlorite wastewater has the characteristics of high salinity and no other components except sodium chloride and phosphate.Independent technical research was carried out on the wastewater.A sodium hypochlorite wastewater treatment device was independently developed by using the three-phase crystallization separation theory.The device solved the production bottleneck of zero wastewater discharge in chlor-alkali industry.The by-products of sodium chloride and phosphate reached the national industrial standards of similar products.This new technology protected environment and created economic benefits.
