摘要
医养结合是以满足老年人健康养老服务需求为核心,合理优化配置医疗养老资源。通过回顾总结日本老龄化社会以来养老产业发展的成功经验,探讨我国医养结合养老保障体系建设、养老产业多元化融合发展、医养结合养老模式转型、医养结合人才队伍培养和发展中医药医养服务等问题,对我国医养结合养老模式的构建提出多维度的建议。
Integration of medical treatment with pension is to reasonably optimize the allocation of medical care and nursing pension with the core of meeting the needs of health care and pension services of the elderly. By summarizing the development experience of Japan’s pension industry, the problems of construction of security system, diversified and integrated development of pension industry, transformation of pension model, training of medical and pension talents and the development of traditional Chinese medicine were discussed. Based on which, some suggestions were put forward to develop China’s integration of medical treatment with pension mode.
