随着我国医药卫生事业的不断发展和医药卫生体制改革的持续推进,纪检监察工作在维护公立医院“治病救人”的仁心本色,促进公立医院作为事业单位的纯洁定位等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。回顾我国公立医院纪检监察工作发展历程,不难发现其成绩贡献,但也还有诸多不足,如纪检监察制度执行力不强,监督管理手段单一,队伍素质不高等问题。如何最大化发挥医院纪检监察职能,需要找准问题,精准施策。

With the continuous advancement of medical and health system and reform on it, discipline inspection and supervision is playing an important role in maintaining the nature of public hospitals and promoting their purity orientation. Based on reviewing the development of discipline inspection and supervision in public hospitals, its shortcomings were discussed, such as weak executive force, limited supervising approaches, and lower professional quality. It is necessary to capture its problems and take specific countermeasures for maximizing the function of discipline inspection and supervision in public hospitals.
