废机油制备的乳化切削液及其性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用正交试验确定了乳化切削液的最佳配比;通过单因素试验分析了极压添加剂和油性剂的用量对切削液性能的影响,并确定其最佳用量;借助Tafel极化曲线确定了乳化切削液使用的最佳稀释浓度;按照乳化切削液行业标准要求对切削液进行综合测试,结果表明,该乳化切削液各项性能指标均符合行业标准,缓蚀性和润滑性方面优于部分市售切削液。 The optimal ratio of emulsified cutting fluid is determined by orthogonal test.The effects of amount of extreme pressure additive and oily agent on performances of cutting fluid are analyzed by single factor test,and the optimal dosage is determined.The optimal dilution concentration for emulsified cutting fluid is determined by Tafel polarization curve.In terms of requirements of industry standard for emulsified cutting fluid,the cutting fluid is comprehensively tested.The results show that the various performance indexes of emulsified cutting fluid meets industry standard,and the corrosion inhibition property and lubricity are superior to some commercially available cutting fluids.
