摘要
研究了用N503-Cyanex923从盐酸体系中离心萃取分离铁、锌、锰,考察了有机相组成、料液酸度、萃取相比、离心速度对铁、锌、锰萃取率的影响。结果表明:在N503体积分数40%、Cyanex923体积分数10%、料液中盐酸浓度5 mol/L、离心速度3500 r/min、相比(Vo/Va)=1/1条件下,铁、锌萃取率分别为99.6%和69.0%,锰萃取率为0.18%,有效实现了铁、锌与锰的分离。
Centrifugal extraction of iron,zinc and manganese using N503-Cyanex923 as extractant from hydrochloric acid solution was investigated.The effects of organic phase composition,solution acidity,phase ratio and centrifugal speed on extraction of iron,zinc and manganese were examined.The results show that under the conditions of organic phase composition of 40%N503+10%Cyanex923,hydrochloric acid concentration of 5 mol/L and centrifugal speed of 3500 r/min,Vo/Va of 1/1,iron and zinc extraction rates are 99.6%and 69.0%,manganese loss rate is 0.18%,and iron,zinc and manganese is separated effectively.
