评价腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果及其对卵巢功能的影响

Evaluation on the Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Ovarian Cystectomy in the Treatment of Ovarian Cysts and Its Influence on Ovarian Function

目的探析腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术用于卵巢囊肿的治疗效果。方法方便选取2019年1月—2020年1月间对该院妇科接诊的共92例卵巢囊肿患者为研究对象,依据手术方案划分为参照组及实验组,评价两组患者临床相关指标、卵巢储备功能、卵巢数量与卵巢体积变化、术后并发症、复发及再妊娠情况。结果实验组手术时间、术中出血量等临床指标均与参照组存在差异,差异有统计学意义(t=6.484、10.804、6.244、5.980,P<0.05);实验组E2、LH、FSH卵巢储备功能各指标水平均较参照组明显恢复,差异有统计学意义(t=31.599、4.504、2.528,P<0.05);实验组卵泡数量及卵泡体积变化较参照组无明显变化,差异有统计学意义(t=0.640、0.811,P>0.05);实验组并发症发生率、复发率及再妊娠率分别为2例(4.35%)、1例(2.17%)、40例(86.96%),显著优于参照组并发症发生率、复发率及再妊娠率的12例(26.09%)、8例(17.39%)、30例(65.22%),差异无统计学意义(χ^2=8.425、8.761、5.971,P<0.05)。结论针对卵巢囊肿患者应用腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术的治疗效果理想,可作为一种行之有效的首选术式。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy for ovarian cysts.Methods A total of 92 patients with ovarian cysts received in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were conveniently selected as examples.According to the surgical plan,they were divided into a reference group and an experimental group,and the two groups were evaluated for clinical indicators and ovarian reserve function,ovarian number and ovarian volume changes,postoperative complications,recurrence and re-pregnancy.Results The experimental group's operation time,intraoperative blood loss and other clinical indicators were different from the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.484,10.804,6.244,5.980,P<0.05);the experimental group's E2,LH,FSH ovarian reserve function indicators levels compared with the reference group,they recovered significantly,the difference was statistically significant(t=31.599,4.504,2.528,P<0.05);the number of follicles and follicle volume in the experimental group had not significant changes compared with the reference group,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.640,0.811,P>0.05);the experimental group of the complication rate,recurrence rate,and repregnancy rate were 2 cases(4.35%),1 cases(2.17%),and 40 cases(86.96%),respectively,which were significantly better than those of the reference group of 12 cases(26.09%),8 cases(17.39%),30 cases(65.22%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.425,8.761,5.971,P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal for patients with ovarian cysts is ideal,and it can be used as an effective and first-choice operation.
