益心舒治疗持续性心房颤动合并心力衰竭的疗效分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Yixinshu on Persistent Atrial Fibrillation Complicated with Heart Failure

目的研究观察益心舒治疗持续性心房颤动合并心力衰竭的临床效果。方法便利选取2018年11月—2019年10月在该院就诊的持续性心房颤动合并心力衰竭患者96例,随机分为对照组47例和观察组49例。对照组采用常规规范化治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用益心舒胶囊治疗,比较两组患者治疗3个月后临床疗效、心功能[左心室内径(LVEDd)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、NT-proBNP、6 min步行试验(6MWT)]的变化,并记录两组患者不良反应及并发症发生情况。结果两组患者治疗3个月后,对照组和观察组的临床总有效率分别为77.47%(35/47)和95.91%(47/49),观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.861,P<0.05);两组患者的LVEF及6MWT显著高于治疗前,LVEDd及NT-proBNP水平均显著低于治疗前,且观察组的变化更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组LVEDd、NT-proBNP较对照组明显降低,观察组LVEF、6MWT较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(t=4.729、11.795、6.289、4.299,P<0.05)。治疗期间两组患者的不良反应及并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.970、1.290,P>0.05)。结论益心舒胶囊辅助治疗持续性心房颤动合并心力衰竭可显著改善临床症状及心功能,安全、有效。

Objective To study and observe the clinical effects of Yixinshu on persistent atrial fibrillation combined with heart failure.Methods A total of 96 patients with persistent atrial fibrillation and heart failure who were in the hospital from November 2018 to October 2019 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into control group 47 cases and observation group 49 cases.The control group received conventional standardized treatment,and the observation group was combined with Yixinshu capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect and cardiac function of the two groups of patients after 3 months of treatment were compared[Left ventricular diameter(LVEDd),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),NT-proBNP,6-minute walk test(6MWT)],and recorded the occurrence of adverse reactions and complication in the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rates in the control group and observation group were 77.47%(35/47)and 95.91%(47/49)respectively.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.861,P<0.05);the LVEF and 6MWT of the two groups of patients were significantly higher than before treatment,and the levels of LVEDd and NT-proBNP were significantly lower than before treatment,and the changes in the observation group were more significant,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEDd and NT-proBNP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while LVEF and 6MWT in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=4.729,11.795,6.289,4.299,P<0.05).During the treatment period,there was not significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and complications between the two groups of patients(χ^2=0.970,1.290,P>0.05).Conclusion Yixinshu capsule adjuvant treatment of persistent atrial fibrillation combined with heart failure can significantly improve clinical symptoms and cardiac function,and is safe and effective.
