超声诊断胎儿畸形后孕妇的心理疏导及护理干预探讨

Psychological Counseling and Nursing Intervention of Pregnant Women after Ultrasound Diagnosis of Fetal Malformation

目的分析超声诊断胎儿畸形后孕妇的心理疏导及护理干预。方法该研究对象为方便选取该院收治的2018年12月—2019年12月100例超声诊断胎儿畸形后孕妇,采用抽签法进行分组,分为参照组与研究组,每组50例,给予参照组常规护理,给予研究组心理护理,对比两组产妇的心理状态、生活质量与护理满意度。结果护理前,研究组HAMA评分、HAMD评分与参照组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.498、0.893,P=0.783、0.539)。护理后,研究组HAMA评分、HAMD评分优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.966、6.783,P<0.001)。护理前,研究组的生活质量评分与参照组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.589,P=0.794)。护理后,研究组的生活质量评分(93.38±4.96)分优于参照组(86.58±4.38)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.894,P<0.001)。研究组患者的护理满意度96.00%优于参照组84.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.000,P=0.046)。结论对超声诊断胎儿畸形后孕妇实施心理护理,消除了患者的不良情绪,促使生活质量有效提高,并得到了患者的满意评价,具有显著护理效果。

Objective To analyze the psychological counseling and nursing intervention of pregnant women after ultrasound diagnosis of fetal malformations.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,100 cases of pregnant women diagnosed with fetal malformation were conveniently selected and divided into reference group and study group,50 cases in each group.Psychological nursing was given to the study group,and the psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,study group HAMA score,HAMD score,the differences were not statistically significant(t=0.498,0.893,P=0.783,0.539).After nursing,The HAMA score and HAMD score of the study group were better than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(t=5.966,6.783,P<0.001).Before nursing,the quality of life score of the study group was compared with the reference group,the differences were not statistically significant(t=0.589,P=0.794).After nursing,the quality of life score of the study group(93.38±4.96)points was better than that of the reference group(86.58±4.38)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=5.894,P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group was 96.00%,better than that of the reference group by 84.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.000,P=0.046).Conclusion After ultrasound diagnosis of fetal malformation,pregnant women should be given psychological care,which eliminated the patients'bad emotions,promoted the effective improvement of the quality of life,and was satisfied with the evaluation of the patients,with significant nursing effects.
