急性心肌梗死患者行急诊冠状动脉介入治疗的针对性护理效果分析

Analysis of Targeted Nursing Effect of Emergency Coronary Intervention in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探析急性心肌梗死患者行急诊冠状动脉介入治疗的针对性护理措施效果。方法方便选取2017年6月—2019年6月在该院治疗的50例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,依据简单随机化法将其分为两组,即观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组给予针对性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的心功能指标水平如CK-MB、NT-proBNP、LVEF、cTnI均优于对照组;观察组护理后的NYHAⅢ级、Ⅳ级均低于对照组;观察组心脏不良事件的发生率为4.00%低于对照组的24.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.153,P=0.042)、急救时间及住院时间均短于对照组(t=16.317、3.081,P<0.05)。结论采用针对性护理措施,可为患者有效争取急救时间,改善患者的心功能和心肌微循环,降低急性心肌梗死患者心脏不良事件的发生。

Objective To discuss the nursing measures effect of patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing emergency coronary interventional therapy. Methods Fifty patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in the hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were conveniently selected as the research objects. According to the simple randomization method, they were divided into two groups, namely the observation group and the control group, with 25 cases each. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given targeted nursing care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the levels of cardiac function indicators in the observation group,such as CK-MB, NT-proBNP, LVEF, and c TnI, were better than those of the control group;NYHA grades Ⅲ and Ⅳ of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group;adverse cardiac events in the observation group The incidence rate was 4.00% lower than that of the control group 24.00%, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.153, P=0.042), and the emergency time and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group(t=16.317,3.081,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of targeted nursing measures can effectively buy emergency time for patients, improve their cardiac function and myocardial microcirculation, and reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiac events in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
