全程护理在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术围手术期护理中的应用

Application of Whole Course Nursing in Perioperative Nursing of Chronic Sinusitis and Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

目的探讨全程护理在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法便利选取该院2017年8月—2019年8月诊治的慢性鼻窦炎患者166例,均行鼻内镜手术治疗。采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组和观察组分别83例患者,两组患者在围手术期,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施全程护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果术后疼痛程度方面,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分(1.3±0.4)分、HAMA评分(10.2±1.3)分、HAMD评分(11.7±1.5)分均明显低于对照组(1.9±0.6)分、(16.4±1.8)分、(19.6±2.1)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.615、9.078、10.273,P<0.05);护理满意度方面,观察组(98.8%)高于对照组(87.9%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.886,P<0.05);观察组的住院时间(4.3±0.6)d显少于对照组(8.0±1.2)d,差异有统计学意义(t=11.571,P<0.05)。结论慢性鼻窦炎患者行鼻内镜手术时,全程护理可有效缓解疼痛,明显改善心理状况,显著缩短恢复时间,易为患者所接受,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the application effect of whole course nursing in the perioperative nursing of chronic sinusitis and endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods From August 2017 to August 2019,conveniently selection of 166 patients in the hospital with chronic sinusitis were treated by endoscopic surgery.Random digital table method was used to divide into two groups,control group and observation group 83 patients,two groups of patients in perioperative period,control group patients to carry out routine nursing,observation group patients to carry out the whole process of nursing,contrast the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results In terms of postoperative pain,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS scores(1.3±0.4)points,HAMA scores(10.2±1.3)points,and HAMD scores(11.7±1.5)points in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(1.9±0.6)points,(16.4±1.8)points,and(19.6±2.1)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.615,9.078,10.273,P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the observation group(98.8%)was higher than the control group(87.9%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.886,P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in the observation group(4.3±0.6)d was significantly lower than that in the control group(8.0±1.2)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.571,P<0.05).Conclusion When patients with chronic sinusitis undergo endoscopic sinus surgery,whole-course care can effectively relieve pain,significantly improve psychological conditions,and significantly shorten the recovery time.It is easy to be accepted by patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
