Research Hotspots and Key Areas of Public Libraries During the 14th Five-year Plan

2020年是“十三五”规划的收官之年,也是“十四五”规划编制的启动之年。在“十四五”期间,公共图书馆需要与时俱进,把握时代脉搏,在新形势下实现高质量发展。论文借助词频统计和共词分析方法,构建社会化网络,分析近五年公共图书馆领域研究热点,基于热点研究预测未来公共图书馆有战略定位的重塑、共享空间的打造、管理体制的健全、阅读服务的数字智能化、总分馆建设的纵深化、学习研讨的国际化等六大重点建设领域。

2020 is the closing year of the 13th Five-year Plan and the start year of the 14th Five-year Plan.During the 14th Five-year Plan period,public libraries need to keep pace with the times,grasp the pulse of the times,and realize high quality development under the new situation.In this paper,the author constructs a social network with the help of word frequency statistics and common word analysis,analyzes the research hot spots in the field of public library in the past five years,and predicts that the key areas of public library construction in the future include the remodeling of library strategic orientation,the building of shared space,the sound management system,the digital intelligence of reading service,the deepening of the construction of general branch library,and the internationalization of study and discussion.
