卢子博先生公共图书馆事业发展观——基于“卢子博口述历史”项目

Mr.Lu Zibo’s Concept of Public Librarianship Development:Based on the Project of“Lu Zibo’s Oral History”

文章基于国家图书馆中国记忆项目中心“卢子博口述历史”内容,结合卢子博先生学术思想,梳理了卢先生在长期研究和实践中所形成的公共图书馆事业发展观,主要分为事业发展基本理念、功能定位理念、改革转型理念、文献资源建设理念和读者服务理念,以期为学界提供更为翔实的研究信息。

Based on the content of“Lu Zibo’s Oral History”from the National Library of China Memory Project Center as well as Mr.Lu Zibo’s academic thoughts,this article elaborates the perception of public librarianship development that Mr.Lu has formed throughout his long-term research and practice.To provide more detailed research information for the academics,this article unpacks it mainly as basic concepts of librarianship,concepts of functional orientation,concepts of reform and transformation,and concepts of literature resource construction and reader service.
