The Construction of Airport Smart Asset Management Platform

北京首都国际机场股份有限公司为解决资产管理过程中的各类问题,从2018年底开始,对智慧资产管理进行研究与实践,属“国门”精品工程。通过近两年的研究探索、部分资产清查和相关信息汇总,生成资产卡片和QR码信息,进行业务系统互联,完成智慧资产平台V1.0建设,并正式使用,初步实现公司资产业务高效管理,更好支持“一本账”与全生命周期管理。未来资产平台将运用物联网及大数据等新技术助力资产管理向价值和运行延伸。

In order to solve various problems in the process of asset management,Beijing Capital International Airport Co.,Ltd.has conducted research and practice on smart asset management since the end of 2018,which is a“national”boutique project.Through nearly two years of research and exploration,partial asset inventory and related information collection,asset cards and QR code information are generated,business systems are interconnected,and the construction of the smart asset platform V1.0 is completed and officially used to initially realize the efficient management of the company’s asset business,better support for“one account”and full life cycle management.In the future,the asset platform will use new technologies such as the internet of things and big data to help asset management extend to value and operation.
