质量管理体系文件是质量管理体系构成的基础要素,而如何对质量管理体系文件进行编写、评审、审批、发放、修订、回收和作废等过程进行控制需要有一个基本的流程和规范来进行,而文件控制程序正是起到了这样的作用。本文结合了本公司在质量管理体系建立过程中文件控制程序建立的方法,探讨了文件控制程序建立的基本流程,基本内容和要点。

Quality management system document is the basic element of quality management system,and how to control the process of quality management system document preparation,review,approval,distribution,revision,recovery and invalidation needs a basic process and specification,and the document control procedure plays such a role.This paper discusses the basic process,basic content and key points of the establishment of document control procedure based on the method of establishing document control procedure in the process of establishing quality management system of our company.
