摘要 用户在装配驾驶室前悬衬套时,该产品的塑料外管断裂率较高。通过对该产品的失效模式、相关各生产过程分析,识别出外管断裂的影响因素。优化了注塑模具设计,对塑料材质、橡胶硬度、天然胶可塑度等方面进行实验设计,对工艺加以优化,通过试验验证,确定塑料外管的强度为主要影响因素,通过优化显著的降低了驾驶室前悬衬套在装配时的断裂率。 When users assemble the front suspension bushing of the cab,the fracture rate of the plastic outer pipe of the product is high.Through the analysis of the failure mode and related production process of the product,the influencing factors of the outer pipe fracture are identified.In this paper,the injection mold design is optimized,and the experimental design of plastic material,rubber hardness,natural rubber plasticity and other aspects is carried out,and the process is optimized.Through the experimental verification,the strength of the plastic outer pipe is determined as the main influencing factor.Through the optimization,the fracture rate of the front suspension bushing of the cab during assembly is significantly reduced.
