肠内营养支持与护理干预应用于合并糖尿病危重症状患者护理中的效果

The Effect of Enteral Nutrition Support and Nursing Intervention in the Nursing of Patients with Critical Symptoms of Diabetes

目的探讨肠内营养支持与护理干预应用于合并糖尿病危重症状患者护理中的效果。方法选择2017年3月—2020年3月间该院收治的合并糖尿病危重症患者100例为该次研究对象,随机将其分成观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者实施优质护理,观察组患者实施肠内营养支持与优质护理干预,比较分析两组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组患者血红蛋白显著高于对照组,空腹血糖值和糖化血红蛋白值低于对照组,总依从性显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取优质护理干预和肠内营养支持的措施以后,患者的依从性得到明显的提升,及时控制住患者的血糖,使患者的营养情况得到积极的改善,肠胃功能也得到了快速的恢复,其实用价值非常高。

Objective The effect of enteral nutrition support and nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with critical symptoms of diabetes.Methods 100 critically ill patients with diabetes admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 as the study subjects,randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 50 cases.The control group received high-quality nursing care,and the observation group received enteral nutrition support and high-quality nursing intervention.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The hemoglobin values of the patients in the group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin value was lower than the control group,and the total compliance was significantly higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After nursing intervention and enteral nutrition support measures,the patient’s compliance has been significantly improved,the patient’s blood glucose was controlled in time,the patient’s nutritional status was positively improved,and the gastrointestinal function was quickly restored.The practical value is very high.
