妊娠合并糖尿病并发妊娠高血压的治疗效果分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Pregnancy Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Pregnancy-induced Hypertension

目的探究妊娠期合并糖尿病及妊娠高血压的临床治疗效果。方法将该院2019年10月—2020年10月期收治的98例妊娠合并糖尿病并发妊娠高血压患者,通过计算机表法分为试验组与参照组,每组49例,给予参照组以临床观察为主,给予试验组行综合治疗,对比两组患者并发症发生情况、血压及血糖水平。结果试验组SBP为(124.26±12.29)mmHg低于参照组的(151.63±15.63)mmHg,DBP为(86.52±9.74)mmHg低于参照组的(104.96±11.83)mmHg,FPG为(4.65±1.24)mmol/L低于参照组的(7.96±2.45)mmol/L,2 hPG为(7.69±2.41)mmol/L低于参照组的(9.81±3.12)mmol/L,并发症发生率为6.12%明显低于参照组的32.65%,差异有统计学意义(t=9.635、8.423、8.437、3.764,χ^2=11.034,P<0.001)。结论妊娠期合并糖尿病及高血压给予综合治疗可有效改善血糖及血压,减少并发症产生。

Objective To explore the clinical treatment effect of diabetes and pregnancy-induced hypertension during pregnancy.Methods 98 patients with gestational diabetes and hypertension in pregnancy who were admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were divided into the test group and the reference group by computer table method,and 49 cases in each group were included in the reference group;based on clinical observation,the experimental group was given comprehensive treatment,and the complications,blood pressure and blood glucose levels of the two groups were compared.Results The SBP of the experimental group was(124.26±12.29)mmHg lower than the reference group(151.63±15.63)mmHg,and the DBP was(86.52±9.74)mmHg lower than the reference group(104.96±11.83)mmHg,FPG was(4.65±1.24)mmol/L lower than the reference group(7.96±2.45)mmol/L,2 hPG was(7.69±2.41)mmol/L was lower than the reference group(9.81±3.12)mmol/L,and the complication rate was 6.12%significantly lower than 32.65%in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.635,8.423,8.437,3.764,χ^2=11.034,P<0.001).Conclusion Comprehensive treatment of diabetes and hypertension during pregnancy can effectively improve blood glucose and blood pressure,reduce complications.
