摘要
目的探讨西格列汀辅助治疗糖尿病并高血压对患者糖脂代谢、血管内皮细胞功能的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将该院2018年9月—2019年9月收治的86例糖尿病并高血压患者均分为对照组、实验组,分别给予常规降糖和降压治疗、常规降糖与降压联合西格列汀治疗。比较两组糖脂代谢、血管内皮功能、氧化应激反应及心血管不良事件发生率。结果实验组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗后内皮素-1(ET-1)较对照组低,一氧化氮(NO)、内皮依赖性血管舒张功能(FMD)较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化态(TAS)较对照组高,总氧化态(TOS)较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组心血管不良事件总发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病并高血压治疗中西格列汀的运用,可促使患者糖脂代谢、血管内皮功能及氧化应激反应的改善,降低心血管不良事件发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of sitagliptin in adjuvant treatment of diabetes and hypertension on glucose and lipid metabolism and vascular endothelial cell function.Methods According to the random number table method,the 86 patients with diabetes and hypertension admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were divided into control and experimental groups,and they were given conventional hypoglycemic and antihypertensive treatment,and conventional hypoglycemic combined with antihypertensive treatment with sitagliptin.The rates of glucose and lipid metabolism,vascular endothelial function,oxidative stress and adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),triglycerides(TG),and total cholesterol(TC)in the experimental group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the endothelin-1(ET-1)of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the nitric oxide(NO)and endothelium-dependent vasodilation function(FMD)were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).after treatment,the superoxide dismutase(SOD)anc e wasstatistically significantd total antioxidant state(TAS)of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the total oxidation state(TOS)was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the total incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of sitagliptin in the treatment of diabetes and hypertension can promote the improvement of glucose and lipid metabolism,vascular endothelial function and oxidative stress response,and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events.
