心理护理联合运动疗法在妊娠糖尿病护理中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Psychological Nursing Combined with Exercise Therapy in Nursing Care of Gestational Diabetes

目的探讨心理护理联合运动疗法在妊娠糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法将2018年6月—2019年8月该院收治的140例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象,运用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=70)与试验组(n=70),对照组施以常规护理,试验组施以心理护理联合运动疗法,对患者护理前及护理1周后的焦虑(SAS)评分、抑郁(SDS)评分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及不良妊娠结局情况进行观察。结果与护理前相比,护理1周后试验组的SAS评分、SDS评分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖明显降低,并且不良妊娠结局的发生率明显较低,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理联合运动疗法在妊娠糖尿病护理中的应用具有显著效果。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined with exercise therapy in nursing care of gestational diabetes.Methods 140 cases of gestational diabetes patients admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to August 2019 were used as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group(n=70)and a test group(n=70)using a random number table method.The control group was given routine care.The trial group was given psychological care combined with exercise therapy.The patients’anxiety(SAS)score,depression(SDS)score,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and adverse pregnancy outcomes before and 1 week after nursing.Results Compared with before nursing,the SAS score,SDS score,fasting blood glucose,and blood glucose 2 h after meal of the test group after 1 week of nursing were significantly reduced,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing combined with exercise therapy in the nursing of gestational diabetes has a significant effect.
