重点护理干预对普外科合并糖尿病患者手术安全性及术后并发症的影响

The Impact of Key Nursing Interventions on the Safety of General Surgery Patients with Diabetes and Postoperative Complications

目的探究护理干预对普外科合并糖尿病患者手术安全性及术后并发症的影响。方法选取该院2018年8月—2019年12月131例普外科合并糖尿病患者,分为实验组(n=66)、对照组(n=65),实验组重点护理干预、对照组常规护理干预,观察对比两组护理效果。结果实验组术后发生低血糖、酮症酸中毒等不安全事故发生情况与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组术中血糖、术后24 h血糖等血糖水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组术后并发症总发生率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对普外科合并糖尿病患者给予重点护理干预,能稳定、降低患者血糖,促使手术顺利进行,降低术后并发症发生。

Objective To explore the impact of nursing intervention on the safety of general surgery patients with diabetes and postoperative complications.Methods From August 2018 to December 2019,131 patients in the hospital with general surgery complicated with diabetes were selected and divided into experimental group(n=66)and control group(n=65).The experimental group focused on nursing intervention and the control group was routine nursing intervention to observe the nursing effect.Results The experimental group's postoperative hypoglycemia,ketoacidosis and other unsafe accidents were significantly different from those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the experimental group's intraoperative blood glucose and 24 h postoperative blood glucose concentration was different from those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Key nursing interventions for patients with diabetes in general surgery can stabilize and reduce blood glucose,promote smooth operation and reduce postoperative complications.It is worthy of promotion.
