全程健康教育模式应用于糖尿病患者的价值观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的对糖尿病患者应用全程健康教育模式,并观察其应用价值。方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月,在该院治疗的60例糖尿病患者,将其分为两组。对照组30例,接受常规治疗及护理;观察组30例,在此基础上,应用全程健康教育模式。对比其血糖指标、健康知识掌握程度、自我管理能力及SF-36评分。结果干预后,观察组患者的FPG、2 hPG水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),健康知识掌握程度评分、自我管理能力评分、SF-36评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意率为93.33%,对照组为73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者应用全程健康教育模式可提高血糖控制效果,提高患者健康知识掌握程度及自我管理能力,改善其生活质量。 Objective To apply the whole-course health education model to diabetic patients and observe its application value.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,60 diabetic patients treated in the hospital were divided into two groups.30 cases in the control group received conventional treatment and nursing;30 cases in the observation group,on this basis,applied the whole-course health education model.Compare their blood glucose indicators,health knowledge mastery,self-management ability and SF-36 score.Results After the intervention,the FPG and 2 hPG levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)and the scores of health knowledge mastery,self-management ability and SF-36 were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 73.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the whole-course health education model to diabetic patients can improve the effect of blood glucose control,improve the patient's health knowledge and self-management ability,and improve their quality of life.
