延伸居家护理对糖尿病患者血糖及生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Extended Home Care on Blood Glucose and Quality of Life of Diabetic Patients

目的探析糖尿病患者给予延伸居家护理干预后,对患者血糖及生活质量的影响。方法将该院在2019年1月—2020年6月接收的122例糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组(61例)与观察组(61例)两组,其中对照组患者接受常规护理干预,而观察组患者接受延伸居家护理干预,观察患者组间血糖水平与生活质量改善情况。结果观察组干预后的空腹血糖(5.5±1.2)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.2±1.3)mmol/L、SAS焦虑评分(48.5±1.2)分、SDS抑郁评分(50.4±1.5)分、生活质量评分(89.6±6.3)分、护理满意度(90.8±6.5)分,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(t=7.201、8.869、9.271、8.191、12.333、13.524,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者给予延伸居家护理干预,护理服务水平较高,不仅改善了患者的生活质量,还能有效控制患者血糖水平。

Objective To explore the effects of extended home care interventions for diabetic patients on blood glucose and quality of life.Methods 122 diabetic patients accepted by our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups:a control group(61 cases)and an observation group(61 cases).The control group received routine nursing intervention,and patients in the observation group received extended home care intervention to observe the improvement of blood glucose levels and quality of life between the patients.Results The observation group's fasting blood glucose(5.5±1.2)mmol/L,2 h postprandial blood glucose(7.2±1.3)mmol/L,SAS anxiety score(48.5±1.2)points,SDS depression score(50.4±1.5)points,compared with the control group,the quality-of-life score(89.6±6.3)points and the nursing satisfaction score(90.8±6.5)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.201,8.869,9.271,8.191,12.333,13.524,P<0.05).Conclusion The extended home care intervention for diabetic patients has a high level of nursing service,which not only improves the patient's quality of life,but also effectively controls the patient's blood glucose level.
