电话随访对慢性心力衰竭合并糖尿病患者生活质量的影响

The Effect of Telephone Follow-up on the Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure and Diabetes

目的探讨电话随访在老年慢性心力衰竭合并糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法选取80例该院于2019年2月—2020年2月收治的慢性心力衰竭合并糖尿病老年患者进行研究,按照患者入院诊治顺序均分至对照组和观察组。对照组接受常规护理方式,观察组患者联合电话随访,比较两组血糖水平、疾病认知水平、家属负担、依从性和生活质量。结果观察组血糖水平低于对照组,疾病认知水平、依从性和生活质量得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家属负担同对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以老年慢性心力衰竭合并糖尿病患者电话随访,可减轻家属负担,促进患者疾病认知水平和依从性的提升,在提高生活质量方面同样有着重要作用,存在推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of telephone follow-up in elderly patients with chronic heart failure and diabetes.Methods 80 elderly patients with chronic heart failure and diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected for research.The order of admission for diagnosis and treatment was divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received conventional nursing care,and the observation group was followed up by telephone to compare the two groups'blood glucose levels,disease awareness,family burden,compliance,and quality of life.Results The blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of disease awareness,compliance and quality of life were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the family burden of the observation group was different from that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Telephone follow-up of elderly patients with chronic heart failure and diabetes mellitus can reduce the burden on family members,promote the improvement of patients'disease awareness and compliance,and also play an important role in improving the quality of life,and has promotion and application value.
