VSD技术联合抗生素骨水泥在糖尿病足感染创面的应用

Application of VSD Technology Combined with Antibiotic Bone Cement in the Wound of Diabetic Foot Infection

目的分析糖尿病足患者感染创面以VSD(负压封闭吸引)技术、抗生素骨水泥联合治疗的效果与临床应该价值。方法选择2015年1月—2020年6月于该院接受治疗糖尿病足患者80例进行观察研究,根据患者入院时间顺序分为两组,对照组患者感染创面单纯以VSD技术处理,观察组患者感染创面以VSD技术、抗生素骨水泥联合处理,对比两组治疗效果,记录各组患者临床指标变化,分析差异性。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者VSD更换频率(3.14±1.02)次明显少于对照组,同时感染创面细菌转阴时间(15.13±2.05)d、创面愈合时间(30.13±4.07)d、住院总时间(35.12±6.11)d均短于对照组,疼痛评分(3.02±1.01)分、住院治疗费用(2231.95±210.24)元低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病足患者创面感染情况采取VSD联合抗生素骨水泥治疗效果确切,能够促进创面愈合,减轻患者病痛,同时经济性佳。

Objective To analyze the effect and clinical value of combined treatment with VSD(negative pressure closed suction)technology and antibiotic bone cement on infected wounds of diabetic foot patients.Methods From January 2015 to June 2020,80 patients with diabetic foot who were treated in the hospital were selected for observation and study.The patients were divided into two groups according to the time sequence of admission.The infected wounds of the control group were treated with VSD technology only,and the observation group's infected wounds were treated with VSD technology and antibiotic bone cement.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared,the changes of clinical indicators in each group were recorded,and the differences were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency of VSD replacement in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group(3.14±1.02)times.At the same time,the time of bacterial infection on the wound surface was(15.13±2.05)d,wound healing time(30.13±4.07)d,and total hospital stay(35.12±6.11)d was shorter than the control group,the pain score(3.02±1.01)points and the cost of hospitalization(2231.95±210.24)yuan were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the wound infection of diabetic foot patients,the VSD combined with antibiotic bone cement has a definite effect.It can promote wound healing and relieve patients'pain.At the same time,it is economical.
