裸花紫珠颗粒治疗细菌性肺炎患儿临床观察

Clinical observations of Luohua zizhu granules for children with bacterial pneumonia

目的观察裸花紫珠颗粒治疗细菌性肺炎的临床疗效及对患儿炎症的影响。方法114例患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各57例,对照组予哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗,观察组加服裸花紫珠颗粒。比较临床疗效、血常规、炎症指标(PCT、CRP、IL-6、IL-8),记录临床症状改善时间、住院时间和不良反应。结果观察组临床有效率为94.7%,高于对照组的77.2%(P<0.05)。观察组发热、咳嗽及啰音消失时间,住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组WBC、NEU及PCT、CRP、IL-6、IL-8含量均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组更低(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率相近。结论裸花紫珠颗粒治疗细菌性肺炎患儿安全有效。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Luohua zizhu granules for children with bacterial pneumonia and the impacts on inflammation.Methods 114 children with bacterial pneumonia were randomly divided into control group(57 cases)and study group(57 cases).The control group received piperacillin sodium tazobactam sodium,the study group received Luohua zizhu granules additionally.The clinical efficiency,blood routine examination and inflammatory indexes(PCT,CRP,IL-6 and IL-8)were compared,the disappearing time of clinical symptoms and hospitalization time was recorded.Results The clinical efficiency was 94.7%,which was higher than that of control group of 77.2%(P<0.05).The disappearing time of fever,cough and rale,and hospitalization time was shorter in study group(P<0.05).After treatment,the WBC and NEU,the levels of PCT,CRP,IL-6 and IL-8 decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and those in study group were lower(P<0.05).The occurrence rate of adverse reactions were similar in both groups.Conclusion Luohua zizhu granules are effective and safe for children with bacterial pneumonia.
