探讨不同剂量的司可林应用于改良电痉挛治疗中的效果对比

摘要 目的探讨与分析不同剂量的司可林应用于改良电痉挛治疗中的效果。方法选取自2016年7月~2019年7月收治的接受改良电痉挛治疗的120例精神分裂症患者,采取随机数字表法分为低剂量组、中剂量组及高剂量组,每组各40例,低剂量组给予0.8 mg/kg的司可林、中剂量组给予1 mg/kg的司可林、高剂量组给予1.2 mg/kg的司可林,对比三组肌肉松弛的效果、临床疗效、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分及不良反应发生率。结果高剂量组分别与低剂量组、中剂量组相比肌肉松弛情况较好,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组治疗后与治疗前相比BPRS评分均降低,但高剂量组分别与低剂量组、中剂量组相比BPRS评分降低更加显著,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。中剂量组与高剂量组分别与低剂量组相比临床总有效率较高,中剂量组与低剂量组未表现出明显的差异(P>0.05),高剂量组与低剂量组相比呈现出了显著差异(P<0.05)。结论高剂量1.2 mg/kg的司可林应用于改良电痉挛治疗精神分裂症的临床中能够获得更好的肌肉松弛效果,疗效显著,促进改善精神量表评分,无明显不良反应发生率。 Objective To explore and analyze the effect of different doses of Succinyllcholine in improved electroconvulsive therapy.Methods 120 cases of schizophrenia patients who experienced improved electroconvulsive therapy from July 2016 to July 2019 were selected.And classified them into low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group by taking a random number table method with 40 cases in each group.Low dose group was given 0.8 mg/kg of succinyllcholine,middle dose group was given 1 mg/kg of succinyllcholine,and high dose group was given 1.2 mg/kg of succinyllcholine.Then make a comparison of muscle relaxation effect,clinical curative effect,brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)score and the incidence of adverse reactions for the three groups.Results In terms of muscle relaxation,the high-dose group was better than that of the low-dose group and the middle-dose group respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).BPRS scores of the three groups were all reduced after treatment,but the reduction of BPRS scores of the high-dose group was more significant than that of the low-dose group and the middle-dose group respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical response rate was higher in the middle-dose group and the high-dose group compared with the low-dose group,respectively;there was no significant difference between the middle-dose group and the low-dose group(P>0.05);There was significant difference between the high-dose group and the low-dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion The high dose of 1.2 mg/kg succinyllcholine in the treatment of improved electroconvulsive therapy for schizophrenia can achieve better muscle relaxation effect with significant clinical effect,improving the mental scale score without obvious adverse reaction rate.
