亮菌口服溶液联合艾普拉唑治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效观察

Observation of clinical effect of oral solution of Armillaria combined with iprazole in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis

目的探讨亮菌口服溶液联合艾普拉唑治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法回顾分析2016年4月~2018年12月期间收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者60例,按治疗方式分对照组(30例接受艾普拉唑治疗)和研究组(30例接受亮菌口服溶液联合艾普拉唑治疗),比较两组治疗效果,如疗效、血清指标、炎性指标等。结果研究组治疗总有效率90%高于对照组66.67%(P<0.05)。治疗前组间GS、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组GS高于对照组,CRP、IL-6、TNF-α低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率10%低于对照组13.33%(P>0.05)。结论将艾普拉唑与亮菌口服溶液联合用于慢性萎缩性胃炎疾病治疗中,患者血清指标和炎性指标可得到明显改善,进而提升疗效。

Objective To probe into the clinical effect of oral solution of Armillaria combined with iprazole in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 60 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and who treated in our hospital from April 2016 to December 2018 were analyzed retrospectively,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment:the control group(30 cases were treated with iprazole)and the study group(30 cases were treated with oral solution of Armillaria and iprazole).Then,the treatment effect of two groups were compared,such the clinical effect,the serum index and inflammatory index and so on.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 90%,which was higher than that in the control group of 66.67%(P<0.05).Before treatment,the GS,CRP,IL-6,TNF-αwere compared between groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,the GS in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αwere lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 10%,which was lower than that in the control group of 13.33%(P>0.05).Conclusion The alprazole combined with Armillaria oral solution in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,which the serum and inflammatory indexes of patients can be significantly improved,and the clinical effect can be improved.
